Hengli Heavy Industry, a key player in China’s heavy industry sector with strong capabilities in offshore and marine engineering equipment manufacturing, has awarded the Ti Group 7 off Type C bunker tanks featuring the “Ti Spray system TiG SPF 2.0 design”. Each tank will be equipped with 13,000 cbm of PU foam insulation that is 350mm thick. The design phase of the project has been completed, and manufacturing is set to commence in 2026 at Hengli Heavy Industry, located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. Notably, this collaboration marks the first partnership between the Ti Group and Hengli Heavy Industry. It holds significant importance as it establishes a foundational cooperation framework, paves the way for potential long-term business opportunities in the future, and also showcases the Ti Group’s technical competitiveness in the field of advanced bunker tank solutions to a leading industry player like Hengli Heavy Industry.
