We are proud to highlight our successful execution of thermal insulation systems for the Type B LNG fuel tanks installed on Mediterranean Shipping Company’s (MSC) series of 8,100 TEU & 11400 TEU dual-fuel container vessels, constructed by New Times Shipbuilding (NTS). Deploying our advanced TiG Panel system, engineered to address the complex geometries of the LNG fuel tanks. This solution ensures optimal thermal efficiency and safety under cryogenic conditions, aligning with the stringent requirements of dual-fuel operations. Insulation systems for 14 tanks have been fully delivered and installed. These vessels support MSC’s strategy to adopt LNG dual-fuel technology, reducing emissions (compliant with Tier III standards) and enhancing operational sustainability—a critical trend in global shipping. The seamless execution of this project reinforces our partnership with NTS and positions us as a trusted insulation supplier for future LNG-capable new builds.
