Systems for LNG Fuel Tanks on MSC’s 11,400 TEU Container Vessels at New Times Shipbuilding (NTS)

Building on our successful delivery of insulation systems for MSC’s 8,100 TEU vessels at NTS, we are proud to announce the continuation of this partnership through a new contract for 10×11,400 TEU LNG dual-fuel container vessels—further solidifying our role as a trusted insulation partner for cutting-edge green shipping projects. 10 vessels classed by ABS and Bureau Veritas (BV), reinforcing rigorous international compliance. Leveraging experience from prior NTS projects, we have established an integrated design-to-installation process for Type B LNG tank insulation. This standardized approach optimizes efficiency, quality control, and scalability across concurrent projects. Successfully consolidated multi-project execution capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination between fabrication, logistics, and on-site operations even under complex schedules. Four LNG fuel tanks have already been fully insulated and delivered, with the remaining six in active production. Demonstrating perfect harmonization of factory capacity and on-site progress, eliminating bottlenecks and maintaining synchronized workflow across manufacturing and installation phases. This operational discipline ensures on-time delivery without compromising quality. The TiG Panel system’s adaptability to complex tank geometries—validated across 30,000+ TEU of MSC vessels—sets new industry standards for safety and thermal performance in cryogenic environments.
